Ingredients

  1. Grated okro
  2. leafSliced uzuza
  3. Palm oil
  4. Grounded crayfish
  5. Black pepper
  6. Boiled meat
  7. Meat stock
  8. Salt
  9. cubesSeasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot pour in your meat stock and add appropriate water and boil it.. Add into it your grated okro and stir

  2. 2

    Add appropriate palm oil to it,add your cooked meat and stir. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Add your grounded crayfish, salt, pepper,seasoning cubes to it and stir it. Allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Add your uzuza leaf to it. Stir and taste if your seasoning is okay. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Your okro soup is ready to be served with Eba, semo, pounded yam etc. Enjoy your meal
