Ingredients

  1. 1 glassbasmati Rice
  2. 150 gmsblack chick peas
  3. 3 tbspdesi ghee
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1small chopped onion
  9. 2 glasseswater
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 tsphaldi powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chickpeas for two hours before cooking rice, soak rice for half an hour.

  2. 2

    Take cooker add oil, now add cumin seeds once it crackles, add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste cook for 2 minutes.

    Now add onion, when onion colour changes to golden add spices, now add chana and rice, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add two glasses water mix well. Give two whistles.
