The good thing about northern tsire is that spicy and much kuli kuli taste,i tried to create the dan gimba(a popular tsire seller in my township)style,seriouly u gotta love the tatse😍😍just make sure ur kuli kuli yaji is spicy.thku all and god bless
Cooking Instructions

Here are the main starters,blend ur mix till paste

Pour in your mix,add the kuli kuli powder,thyme,curry,onga and oil

Mix well and close with a cling film,in the meantime soak ur skewers in warm water

Cut your veggies into cubes,and arrange your meat and veggies as shown here

Grease a pan(nonstick prefarebly) with enough oil

And place ur skewers,grill on each side for atlst 4-5 mins,on low heat

And tanaa sprinkle more yajin kuli kuli and serve hm,wayyo Allah
