MINESTRONE MINESTRONE
I learned there are many variations to making minestrone. It was traditionally started with a beef base as a vegetable and pasta soup featuring a variety of legumes (beans) with kidney beans as a constant. Italian sausage, hamburger, plain pork sausage, or meatballs may be added. sandra53 -

Asparagus in Chikuwa Wrapped in Pork Belly Asparagus in Chikuwa Wrapped in Pork Belly
I was getting tired of stuffing in just asparagus and cucumber, so I wrapped it up in pork slices that I just so happened to have, and it transformed from a beer snack into a side dish.If you place the overlapped parts of the pork on the bottom when cooking, then it won't unravel. You can enjoy this with just salt and pepper, but it is fun to dip it in sauce. Recipe by Kiki mama cookpad.japan -

Beef Rice Bowl Made of Thinly Sliced Sukiyaki Meat Beef Rice Bowl Made of Thinly Sliced Sukiyaki Meat
I had leftover sukiyaki beef, so I simmered it to make a beef rice bowl. You can use shredded meat as long as it's beef. If you simmer the meat for too long, it'll become hard, so make sure that you cook it until it's just cooked through, then let it absorb the flavour in residual heat. When the taste is too strong, adjust with water. Recipe by Ni-na cookpad.japan -
