  1. Cooked pomo
  2. 1medium carrot,julienned
  3. 1small onion, sliced
  4. 2seasoning cubes
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 3 spoonsvegetable oil
  7. Teaspoonseach ginger and garlic pastes
  8. Teaspooncurry
  9. Teaspoonthyme
  10. 1small green pepper, julienned
  11. 3scotch bonnet,crushed

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pan add vegetable oil and heat.add sliced onion,carrot,crushed scotch bonnet ginger and garlic pastes and stir fry for about 3mins.add the curry and and thyme,salt and seasoning cubes stir well to combine. Add in the cooked pomo and stir to combine with the ingredients. Add green bell pepper, stir and remove from heat. Enjoy!
