  1. 250 gmsboneless chicken pieces
  2. 1 tbspsalt
  3. 1 cupyogurt
  4. 1/2 cupgrated processed cheese
  5. 2 tbspfresh cream
  6. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  9. Butter for greasing
  10. 1 tbspoil

    Mix together yogurt and cheese in a bowl.Add green chilli paste, salt, garam masala powder, gingergarlic paste, fresh cream, oil and mix well

    Add chicken pieces and mix well

  3. 3

    Refrigerate to marinate for 2 hour.

    Preheat oven to 180dc. Line a baking tray with aluminum sheet and grease with some butter.

    Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto satay sticks and place them on the lined tray.

  6. 6

    Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 garnish with coriander serve hot with green chutney.
