Cooking Instructions

In a cooker add chicken, potato, red chilli powder, tikka masala, salt, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste and 1 glass of water. Mix everything well and keep it to boil. In cooker give 3 whistle and let it cook on slow flame for 10 mins. Let the water dry completely. Give smoke to it for 10 mins. Mash everything well. Add chopped coriander mix it well.

Take a spoonful on ur palm and flatten it, in the center add cheese and cover it completely to make a round or oval-shaped kebab.

Now apply breadcrumbs and dip in egg and shallow fry till golden brown.
Serve with the chutney of ur choice
