Pour yeast in warm water, allow it in,for like 5mins then add the sugar and allow it to melt,add the egg.

DividediMix all dry ingredients together, then pour the wet mixture on the dry mixture, knead for like 10mins to make a dough.

Keeping kneading for another 15mins while adding the butter little by little, knead till d dough is smooth. Divide the dough into small balls,then cover in a warm place for 30 to 45mins until double in size. Then use ur middle finger to create an opening or use a doughnut cutter to make the shape. Fry nd garnish as desired.
