Waldorf Style Salad with Chicken Waldorf Style Salad with Chicken
This is a spin on a classic Waldorf salad, but with the added protein of chicken and served over romaine to make it into a hearty lunch. I also put together a creamy poppy seed dressing for this, rather than using mayo only, which is what a traditional Waldorf salad is tossed with. I generally eat salads at work, so I usually pack my salads up in a quart sized mason jar to easily take it with me. Recipe loosely adapted from : The Domestic Geek Christina -

Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad
This is one of the dishes I seldom order at restaurants because 1) it's fairly quick and easy to make myself, and 2) mine's always better. It's always a full meal for me, but if you're making it as a side salad it's perfect to serve in my Crisp Parmesan Salad Bowls. If you want to make this even quicker (and equally tasty!), instead of breading/cooking the chicken yourself, in your air fryer or oven heat up some Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips to use.#Fakeaway Maggie Conlon
