  1. 500 gRice
  2. Gravy
  3. Hard Boiled Egg
  4. SlicesCucumber
  5. 1 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put water in a pot,add salt,bring to boil,wash rice with salt, rinse well, pour into a colander,when water boils,add,rice...cook till soft, put into a mold,cover for 5mins,open and plate the rice, scoop in gravy,garnish with egg and cucumber
