Cooking Instructions

Wash the rice and drain it, then on a stove to medium heat, add water into a pot and place it on the stove, add the rice and stir it, add the pinch of salt and cover the pot to cook for at least 10 minutes, at this point add the green food colour and stir, then let it completely cook until the rice is soft. Off the stove and transfer the rice into a bowl to shape the rice, then place it on a plate.

Repeat the process process to a cup of rice and exclude the food colour, when it's done, garnish the green rice with the plain rice, then serve with a stew........ Happy independence 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
