Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dice the fish in to three pieces then marinate with salt and allow to stay for like 30 mins Before frying

  2. 2

    Grate the scotch bonnet and garlic then slice the onions round shape and stir fry adding Maggie and salt then add in the fried fish and mix well
