  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. Halfcup sugar
  3. 2 tablespoonyeast
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 2 cupswater
  6. Oil for frying

    In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and give it a quick mix,add water and mix a thick batter.Cover and let it rise for 30mins.

    Heat oil in a pan,wash your hands and deflate the batter,remove all air from the batter,then drop your puffs in oil to fry until golden brown..Serve hot with Tea
