Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsraw rice
  2. 1/2 cupcooked rice
  3. 1 tbspnyeast
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1/2tspn salt
  6. 1 tbspnbaking powder
  7. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice overnight or for 2_3hrs

  2. 2

    After soaking, drain water and rinse

  3. 3

    Then u blend the soaked rice together with the cooked rice, gradually add water until smooth

  4. 4

    Add the yeast, cover and all it to rise for 2hrs

  5. 5

    After it rise, add the sugar, salt, baking powder and mix them through

  6. 6

    Heat ur skillet, add little oil and fry
