    Get your moringa leaves and wash

  2. 2

    When you sieve your grinded maize for tuwo, the bigger portion that is left behind, wash it and steam it for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Put the steamed maize into the moringa leaves, add oil, spices, onions and paper

  4. 4

    Mix it well

  5. 5

    Steam it again until done
