When I grind maize to make tuwo I always feel bad to put the bigger particles that remain behind after sieving the powdered maize in the dustbin, I just get to know that I can use it to make dambu which is one of my favorite foods
Cooking Instructions

Get your moringa leaves and wash
- 2
When you sieve your grinded maize for tuwo, the bigger portion that is left behind, wash it and steam it for 20 minutes
- 3
Put the steamed maize into the moringa leaves, add oil, spices, onions and paper
- 4
Mix it well
- 5
Steam it again until done

I combined my mother's favorite dacquoise and caramel. I added a raspberry and chocolate ganache for the nice accent and the perfect balance of tastes! It's tangy with a subtle flavor.-If you don't have powdered sugar, grind some granulated sugar in a mill.-When mixing the powdered sugar with the meringue, fold it in lightly. If you break up the bubbles, it will become like a macaron.-After squeezing out the dough, don't forget to sprinkle powdered sugar over the top twice. It will make a nice, crispy texture.
