Cooking Instructions

Take pan and heat oil add garlic and green chilli.cook it for 1 minute then add clean and washed methi leaves.cook for some time and add salt and turmeric powder.

When methi leaves cooked properly then add rice in it and stir the rice slowly. add water, potato and peas.

Let the rice boil.

Methi rice is ready. Serve hot with curd. Garnish with coriander
