#saucecontest i have always being a fan of homemades(DiY),so i always try to learn how to make household goodies by myself,and caramel sauce is one amongst them,it is simple yet unique and it goes so well with many desserts,Today being weekend everyone is home i made the caramel and we had it along during breakfast,my brothers enjoy caramel when they spread it on a bread slice,while we enjoy it with pancakes,and the good thing is u can store it for upto 2 or month in the referigerator,and u can use this while decorating your donuts,and cupcakes,(note u can exclude the salt,if u prefer it sweet)but the salt gives it a more uniquely taste....🖤🤗

Ingredients

  1. 1/1/2 cup sugar
  2. 10 tbspncold water
  3. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  4. 2 Tbspnvanillah flavour
  5. 1/2 tbspnsalt
  6. 1/2 cupbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Here are all you need,start by adding ur sugar followed bu water into a non stick deep pot

    Stir and allow it boil on high heat,tilt the pot once the mixture turns amber in colour

  3. 3

    Add in the butter and mix,once all the butter melts

  4. 4

    Turn off heat,and add the heavy cream and whisk,whisk really well to avoid lumps

  5. 5

    Finish by adding ur vanillah and salt,transfer into an airtight jar and store in the fridge for further usage

    And tanaaa,,this caramel taste so amazing,it goes well on pancakes,donuts,or ice cream topper
