Ingredients

  1. 1. Fried chicken
  2. 2. Onions,scotch bonnet & lemon slices
  3. 3.Oil
  4. 4. Soy sauce
  5. 5. Chicken broth
  6. 6. Seasonings & spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook your chicken with onions,seasoning and spices until soft then strain and fry it until golden brown

  2. 2

    Sauté onions,ginger/garlic paste, bay leaf,then add scotch bonnet,lemon slices and soy sauce. Fry for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth,maggi onga,curry,thyme and chicken seasoning (Dont add too much seasoning because its already in the chicken broth). Add your fried chicken and mix everything,then cover and allow under low heat for 5 minutes and its done

  4. 4

    Sprinkle parsley flakes and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy 😋. I served mine with dambu
