Ingredients

  1. Spring rolls wraps
  2. Halfmedium grated cabbage
  3. 5grated carrots
  4. 1bulb onions diced
  5. Grated ginger, garlic and pepper
  6. Seasonings
  7. Spring onions
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Flour batter for covering

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, add one tablespoon oil, add the onions saute for some seconds, add the grated ginger/ garlic paste. Add the grated cabbage, add your seasoning, add the carrots and saute for a min. Add the spring onions and curry. Stem for a min. And your spring rolls filling is ready. Cool for five min. Add one spoon of it and roll, cover the edges with the batter and repeat same process till done. Deep fry till golden brown
