Black Tea Tiramisu Black Tea Tiramisu
Coffee-flavored tiramisu are certainly tasty, but I was sure that black tea would also work. This is a variation of a recipe that I read elsewhere.Take care to use only a small amount of powdered cocoa and cinnamon for the topping. Using an excessive amount destroys the black tea flavor. Earl Grey Tea Aroma Black Tea Cream Earl Grey Tea Aroma Black Tea Cream
I wanted to make black tea flavored heavy cream without using black tea powder. But I don't like putting in really strong black tea.I was worried that I might not be able to whip the cream well once it had been heated, but it worked fine.Steep the cream really well until it becomes black tea.At step 2, don't put the lid on your pot when you leave it to steep for three minutes. If water gets in the cream, it'll become harder to whip later! When adding the sugar, mix in a little bit at a time and taste test it so you can add as much sugar as you like! Black Tea Cupcakes Black Tea Cupcakes
-This is a variation of "Moist Kinako Cupcakes"and "Matcha Tea Cupcakes". I wasn't sure whether to add this as a modification of the recipes, but I thought this one could be modified with different flavored teas, so I created a separate recipe so that I could edit or update it if needed.-You can use finely powdered black tea leaves instead of tea bags. Each tea bag is about 3 g. Please adjust the amount of tea to taste.-The cornstarch listed in the ingredient list is about 6 g for 1 tablespoon, 3 g for 1/2 tablespoon. If you prefer to use a scale, use that as reference. For 6 or 3 100 ml cupcake holders. Recipe by Sabumochi. cookpad.japan -
Macrobiotic Black Tea Flavoured Almond Cookies Macrobiotic Black Tea Flavoured Almond Cookies
I wanted to make black tea cookies. You don't have to knead the dough. Just form it into a ball. It is delicious to have crunchness from the almonds, so please not to crush them too fine. If you don't want to leave the black tea texture in the cookies, grind the tea leaves to your liking. Recipe by Kumakuma mama chan cookpad.japan -

Black Tea Chiffon Cake Black Tea Chiffon Cake
I have been making black tea chiffon cake for a long time and this is the recipe I always use.If you have tea liqueur, replace 1 tablespoon of liqueur for 3 tablespoons of tea. It gives the cake an even better aroma. The most important thing in this recipe is to make a firmly peaked meringue. Recipe by CAFE703 cookpad.japan
