Cooking Instructions

    Cut, wash and boil yam, add salt to taste and set aside

    Gather all your ingredients and wash

    Wash fish and shred as desire, pound/ grind pepper, garlic, ginger and onions, slice bell pepper and onions. Cook garden egg and mash or pound as desire.

    Place pot on heat add palm oil and onions allow to sauté for awhile. Add blended / grinded ginger/garlic paste and fry a little.

    When you start to perceive the aroma, add the slice onions and pepper and continue frying. Add the tomatoes paste, salt seasoning and crayfish and allow all to fry

    Reduce heat and add your pounded/ mashed garden egg and shredded fish. Stir together and allow to fry for some minute on low heat. Taste salt and seasonings and adjust as desire.

    Serve and enjoy with grains, pastas rice etc.
