I was playing around with a cheese cake recipe I'll post mine in a day or so. But this came out better then I thought. I'll remake it and take photos and add recipe this week. I love to cook but baking is my heaven.

Read Note: Fast & easy #dessert & this one requires no base. Bake with or without 'bain-marie' (heated/water-bath) technique. Sounds fancy but it's not. Use a big roasting pan or casserole dish that will hold your cake pan. Add warm water to reach halfway sides of cake pan.
