Ingredients

  1. 2 tspoil
  2. 4-5cloves
  3. 2cinnamon
  4. 2cardamom
  5. 1tejpata / bay leaf
  6. 2dry red chillies
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1 tspmagajtari bee
  9. 4-5Kali garlic
  10. 2onions
  11. 2tomatos
  12. as neededAs required water /
  13. 6-7kaju / cashew nuts
  14. 1 tspdry fanugreek (kasuri methi)
  15. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  16. To tastesalt
  17. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  18. 100 gmpaneer
  19. 1-2 tspcheese
  20. For serving
  21. As required Roti
  22. For garnishing
  23. As neededGrated cheese
  24. As neededGrated paneer
  25. As neededCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    First of all put kadai on gas and add oil. And when oil is hot then add cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, magajtari bees,garlic,green chilies, ruffly chopped onions, and also add ruffly chopped tomatoes.then cook it all.

    Then after add some water and mix it all and add some cashew nuts and keep it 5 min to cook.

    Then cook the mixture then rest 5 to 10 min keep aside to cool then paneer cut the small piece and keep in hot water and add pinch off of salt.,Tip for paneer to soft.

    Then after cool down mixture to make a gravy in mixture.

    Then after in a kadai add 2 tsp oil and add kasuri methi 1teaspoon and crush it.then add gravy and mix it then add salt as per test, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix it all and keep it to cook.after 5 min to add grated cheese 1 tsp and add paneer pieces.

    Then cook 2min sabji is ready for serving. And serve with roti and sabji garnish with grated cheese and grated paneer and corriender leaves.
