  3. 1 pinchsugar
  4. 2 tbsoil
  5. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Weigh the ingredients and set as shown

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix as shown

    Mix into a dough an let it rest

    Fold into small round balls ready to roll out and fold to create layers

    Roll out as shown and fold while applying oil to form such spirals

    Cover and let rest for 20 mins as shown

    Heat your pan and roll out as you cook till brown on both sides

    Final results. Enjoy with your chapatis with your favourite protein and veges. Chicken stew is the deal
