Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cook cocoyam, allow to cool, peel and pound.

    Pour palm oil in a pot, fry onion, add water and allow to boil.

  3. 3

    Add the pounded cocoyam and use a wooden spatula to stir.

  4. 4

    Add seasonings and spices, salt and curry, grinded scotch bonnet and meat, stir.

  5. 5

    Then add the already cut spinach and cook for at least 3 minutes. Your soup is ready to serve.

    You can serve with any swallow of your choice, I served mine with Eba.
