  • 1.5 cuplentils
  • 3 cupswater
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Spices as you like
  • Salt and pepper as you like
  • 0.5 cupfried onion

    Put all in a pot and bring to a simmer.

    Lower the heat after it started simmering.

    Cook until soft but not smushed.
