    Peel Irish potato,dice it and boil it together with peas

    Chop green pepper and carrot

    Grind scotch bonnetand onion then make a sauce and add your already boiled Irish potato,peas unboiled carrot,green pepper and onion

    Your sauce is done

    Break three eggs into a bowl,whisk it and add garlic paste then fry it on low heat

  6. 6

    Spread the already made sauce on the egg

  7. 7

    Then break another three eggs whisk and cover the top then turn and fry the other side

  8. 8

    Your zege is done
