Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut your potatoes then fry

Cut your veggies and set aside,blend your tomatoes and peppers coarsely

Chop your onion and garlic

Put veg oil in a pan and put your onion and garlic then fry in a low heat for few seconds.add your blended tomatoes and peppers and fry until dry.finally add your veggies and stir fry for a minute then your sauce is ready
