Ingredients

  2. 4 tablespoonsmilk
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/8 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Beat egg yolks using rotary whisk.

    Add salt pepper and milk

  3. 3

    Beat briskly

  4. 4

    Add baking powder to egg whites beat stiff

  5. 5

    Cut and fold into egg yolks

  6. 6

    Pour into well buttered omelet pan (butter sides and bottom) cook slowly until omelet puffs up and is brown underneath

  7. 7

    Raise edge lightly

  8. 8

    Place in 350 degree f oven 10 to 15 minutes to cook top

  9. 9

    Carefully fold and turn on hot platter

  10. 10

    Garnish with parsley.
