Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Eggs
  3. Scotch bonnets
  4. Onion
  5. Salt
  6. Seasonings and spices
  7. flour
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes, rinse with water and use grater to shred it. Squeeze out the water.

  2. 2

    Transfer into a bowl, add chopped scotch bonnet and onion, salt, seasonings and spices, eggs and flour. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Place frying pan on a medium flame, pour some oil and let it hot, scoop the batter and fry. Flip once it's turn to golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
