Ingredients

  1. 1small tuber yam
  2. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  3. 7fresh habanero pepper
  4. 1large onion
  5. 1/4 cupgrinder crayfish
  6. 2large dry fish washed and deboned
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 cubeknorr

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice yam, cut into cubes, wash and place inside a pot.

  2. 2

    Wash and blend onion and pepper and then add to the pot, also add the other ingredients which include fish, salt, Palm oil, and knorr cube

  3. 3

    Add enough water to cover the yam base in the pot, place and fire and allow it cook for about 30 minutes or once you notice the yam is soft.

  4. 4

    Taste to adjust your seasoning and then mash your yam once it’s soft to form your Asaro, removed from hit and serve with pepper beef
