Ingredients

  1. 200 gtapioca flour
  2. 50 gcheese powder
  3. 1egg
  4. 15 gblack sesame seeds
  5. 2 slicescheese
  6. Liquid ingredients:
  7. about 1/2 cup milk (100 ml)
  8. about 1/2 cup water (100 ml)
  9. about 1/4 cup vegetable oil (50 ml)
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. 25 gsugar

    Bring the liquid ingredients to a boil in a small pot.

    Pour the boiling liquid into the tapioca flour and mix quickly until smooth.

    Let it cool slightly, then add the cheese powder, egg, and black sesame seeds. Mix well, but do not overmix.
