Cooking Instructions

Peel, slice and wash the Yam in a clean bowl. And cook till soft then drain the water and set aside.

Wash and slice all your vegetables in bits. ie Tomatoes, onions, fresh pepper.

Heat the Vegetable Oil and add the sliced Vegetables and start cooking.
- 4
Add maggi, salt, curry or any seasoning of your choice and cook for few minutes.
- 5
Drop down after cooking and serve with the cooked Yam.
