Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbspcoconut powder
  6. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add water slowly as you knead it into a dough.

    Add oil and continue to knead for about 5 mins or until the dough is not sticky. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30-1hr.

    On lightly floured surface, spread the dough with a rolling pin and apply oil.

    Cut the dough to the desired size and roll into a spiral ball.

  5. 5

    Place the pan on medium heat and let it heat up. Roll out the dough into a circle and place on the pan. Cook one side then the other adding oil.
