Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/8 cupsugar
  3. 1 teaspooninstant yeast
  4. 150 mllukewarm water
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Proof yeast by adding quarter of the water,half of the sugar and the whole yeast inside a bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside for like 5minutes

    Mix flour,salt and remaining sugar together in a separate bowl

    Mix oil and the remaining lukewarm water in another bowl

  4. 4

    If your yeast has risen, add the water and oil mixture and stir

  5. 5

    Now add the flour and sugar mixture. Mix together by hand or with a mixer

  6. 6

    Mix well until the dough is stretchy and sticky. On a clean flat surface kneed the dough for like 5-8 minutes to your desired consistency

    Place the dough in a well oiled bowl and let it rise for like 1hour

  8. 8

    Bring the dough out and knead for like another 2 minutes

  9. 9

    Grease a bread pan and place the dough inside. Let it rise again for like 20-45 minutes

  10. 10

    Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 220°C
