  1. 4 cupsbeans
  2. 2big red pepper,5 big scotch bonnets,3large tomatoes
  3. 2medium size onions
  4. 2Garlic cloves
  5. 1nutmeg
  6. 4Maggi cubes
  7. 1larsor seasonings (pepper soup)
  8. 2knor cube
  9. 2 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1/2medium size fried mackerel fish
  11. 5 piecesbeef with bones
  12. 2cooking spoon of palm oil

    Set the ingredients required

    In a clean bowl put your beans wash and soak with hot water for 30 minutes

    Wash your red pepper, scotch bonnet,onions, tomatoes, nutmeg and garlic and grind all together

    Put ur ground kayan Miya and palm oil and stir fry add in ur seasonings and water as required,fried fish,and boiled beef meat, cover and allow to cook

    Put ur soaked beans cook for an hour on a medium heat
