Firstly, here are the ingredients

Dice the ginger, then add it together with the sugar, baking powder, oil and eggs into a blinder and blend until it is well mixed

Pour into a bowl and fold in the flour

Stir until it is well mixed

Preheat the toaster

Pour in the batter

Close until it is done, then remove and repeat the process until all the batter is finished
