#sinasirrecipecontest. Sinasir is also called rice pancake,Nigerian people usually use to eat it,most especially during ceremonies or sallah celebration. The first time I did semolina sinasir my family enjoyed it,so I decided to tried this with rice,l used my leftover cooked rice to mix it with the soaked rice. So delicious,we really really enjoyed it

#sinasirrecipecontest sinasir abinci ne wanda ya samo a sali daga borno state/maiduguri suna yinsa ne domin sauqar baqi ko hidimar biki yadda al'adan su ya saba, sannan ana cinsa da abubuwa kala kala, misali anaci da zuma, miyar kubewa, taushe, miyar ganye, miyar egusi da ma miyar ja (stew) sannan ana cinsa da ko wani irin peppersoup (farfesu).

This recipe is so special to me,is the first time i tried of doing sinasir. The day I hard about I can use semo to do sinasir,i decided to try it,so i have the remaining semolina i used it. Wow, so easy,tasting and enjoyable. #sinasirrecipecontest
