Pita Bread (Pocket Bread) Pita Bread (Pocket Bread)
I love pita bread, so I attempted to make it at home since it's not easily available. So simple, since the dough only needs to rise once.Adjust the baking temperature to suit your oven. It was slightly high for my gas oven, so I burned them. Recipe by Kittymama cookpad.japan -

I revised a recipe that I found in a magazine. The pitas will rise when they're freshly baked, but will flatten quickly. These are also great stuffed with dry curry or beans. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
Perfect Pita Bread Perfect Pita Bread
This is a small batch recipe for 3 medium pita breads. The secret to getting them to puff up into pockets is a super hot oven (at least 260°C/500°F). I recommend sticking to white flour for this because it seems whole wheat flours don't do a good job of rising well (which means no pocket!).Great for falafel, or any kind of sandwich fillings you like. The One With The Lebanese Pita Bread The One With The Lebanese Pita Bread
Living in the United States has its positives and negatives. One of the negatives of living in the United States is missing out on easy access to the most common traditional things my country has to offer, like our bread. Pita bread is an essential item in every Arab woman's kitchen, so today I made this for my husband because my loving husband eats our bread with E-Bhi-E-Aur-Y-T-Hai-I-And-G so I researched a lot of recipes till I came up with my own that felt like the perfect fit for me. I hope you like it! ❤️ Fey Hankir
