  1. 3-4Left over roti
  2. 3 tbspcumin seeds
  3. 1Tomato Finely chopped
  4. 2boiled potatoes
  5. as neededGreen peas
  6. 1finely chopped onion
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededGrated cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add 1tsp oil. Cumin seeds start splatter add onion chopped to it. When it starts turning brown add tomatoes to it add salt as to it.

    Add boiled potatoes mix it all. add granted cheese to it.

    Take the leftover roti fold it in the shape of samosa.fill the stuffing in it. Fry it in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.

    Serve it hot with green chutney.
