Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsmedium size bheedi(lady's finger)
  2. 1 tsp eachAll Spices (Red chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi little amchoor)
  3. Littleamchoor powder
  4. As per taste Salt
  5. As required Coriander leaves
  6. 2Green Chillies
  7. 2 tbspCurd
  8. 2tomato puree
  9. As required Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash and cut bhindi, slit in middle, then put spices in each bhindi and keep aside.

    Then make a coarse paste of dry masala, in a Kadai put oil when heating put these masalas, stir for 2 minutes, then add bhindi with masala, then stir for few minutes and then add little curd and tomato puree.

    Then fry for 2 minutes and cover the kadhai by adding little water and garnish with little garam masala over it.
