Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kgLady's finger
  • 2Onions
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 2 tbspYellow mustard
  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbspBlack pepper
  • 2Dry red chillies
  • Few podsGarlic
  • 1"Ginger
  • As per taste Salt
  • As requiredOil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add lady'fingers fry for sometime then add onion and tomato.

    Grind the spices. Grind mustard seed separately. Add the spices. And fry well.

    Fry till oil gets separated. Add water. Don't keep much gravy. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy with hot paratha.
