  3. 1 cupshredded coconut
  4. 2 cupsflour
  5. 4eggs
  6. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1 dropcoconut flavoring
  9. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  10. 1 teaspoonlemon zest
  11. 1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
  12. 1/4 cupgolden raisins
  13. 2 cupssugar
  14. For greasing the pan
  15. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  16. 1 tablespoonflour
  17. For topping
  18. Floral sauce (see separate recipe)
  19. Edible flowers

    To prepare the cake, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Add the oil, then the shredded coconut, coconut flavoring, milk, and sifted flour with baking powder.

    Grease a baking pan with oil and dust with flour. Pour the cake mixture into the pan, sprinkle raisins on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until done.

    Let the cake cool, then pour the topping sauce over it.
