Savoury Puffs

I normally prepare the normal puff (using yeast) or milk puff (yeast less).
But this time around I decided to make savoury ones and it tastes wonderful.

Chewy and Soft Pizza Dough Chewy and Soft Pizza Dough
When I had bread with natural yeast for the very first time, I was so surprised how delicious it was. I've been using this yeast since then when I make homemade bread....It can be used the same way as the regular yeast.I don't have any hints in particular. Let the machine knead the dough and roll it out. Even when you roll out the dough, just stretch it with your hands The dough will stretch easily even after putting it onto the cookie sheet, if you just pull it. Recipe by pe:wa cookpad.japan -
Just 10 Minutes! Easy, Authentic, Chewy and Fluffy Pizza Just 10 Minutes! Easy, Authentic, Chewy and Fluffy Pizza
I wanted to eat a chewy pizza, but there's no local restaurant. So, I decided to give it a try! My Italian friend taught me a recipe, so this is the easy version.Let it rise at a low temperature, press it out thinly, and bake it on a preheated baking pan!Various books recommend letting it chill for 8 hours, but it should rise after chilling for 5 hours as well.Fresh yeast and dried yeast requires different ways to prepare, so I changed the recipe to accommodate what I had available (fresh yeast is popular in Germany). Waste-free Bread Rolls with Raisin Leaven Waste-free Bread Rolls with Raisin Leaven
I used to always make bread with dry yeast, but I wanted to try using natural wet yeast leavens, so I made many types of bread with natural yeast leavens. However, it is wasteful if you fail from using too much ingredients, and it all stuck to my hands no matter which recipe I used, so I came up with my own combination. Butter is in short supply today. I wanted to make a bread that tastes good with a small amount of butter, and is a straight version that even beginners will want to eat over and over again, so I thought this up.Using a domestic flour blend with about 40 g of water should be sufficient. Please decide on your own amount based on your own bread flour, climate, and humidity. Even if you let it rise the first time for longer, it will still turn into a delicious bread so long as the second rise isn't too long. Keep an eye on it during the second rise. World's Best Bread (tm) World's Best Bread (tm)
Also known as "slow rise bread" or "no-knead bread", this is not my original recipe but one that's getting popular around the world for its simplicity and great taste. All it requires is flour, water, salt, and a tiny bit of yeast. I'm so addicted to this way of making bread that it's all I make these days! The only catch is it takes time, prepare for this well in advance... Balvig -

Handmade Naan (Approved by My Mother-in-Law) Handmade Naan (Approved by My Mother-in-Law)
The naan from the local shop is mediocre, so I always make this recipe at home.I am still trying to make an even more delicious naan! This recipe has got more sugar than normal bread, but the taste will be less sweet than you think. Please add more bread flour if your dough is too sticky, as it depends on the flour and yogurt. However, the ideal dough is slightly sticky!I recommend you cook this naan on a frying pan rather than the oven!
