Bread stuffed with minced meat n cheese

Cooking Instructions

In hot oil, stir fry onions, garlic paste and ginger paste. Add your spices i.e tikka masala, cinnamon, cumin and curry

Add your minced meat in with seasonings...add soy sauce and sriracha sauce. Fry it till cooked and allow to cool

For your dough, mix milk with yeast. Mix dry ingredients altogether i.e flour,salt and sugar

Make a dough for 30mins, add butter in and kip molding for another 30mins. Place in a bowl and cover with cling film and place in a warm dark place for 40mins

Cut small pieces of your dough and flatten it...spread meat and cheese then fold in a cylindrical shape

Place in a baking bowl or tray and bake. Brush it a beaten egg (do it yourself i askd a brother to help and u can see the result 😂😂)

Remove fom the oven and allow to rest. Enjoy.
