Ingredients

  1. 250 gall purpose flour
  2. 2 tspyeast
  3. 50 gsugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 50 gbutter
  6. Halfa cup milk
  7. 1 tspcardamon/nutmeg
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 1egg

    In a bowl add milk, sugar and yeast mix well.

    Add in butter, salt and cardamon mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the flour to your mixture and knead well, after it's well kneaded rub the dough with small amount of olive oil. Cover it for 1hr.

    Flour your kneading surface and roll the dough over. Use a doughnut cutter.

    Heat cooking oil in a pan and when it's ready, fry your doughnuts.

    You can have fun with your doughnuts by dipping them in melted chocolate and add some sprinkles. Enjoy.
