Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 2tsps powder milk
  3. 2tsps sugar
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspyeast
  6. 1 cupwarm milk
  7. 1egg
  8. Water as required
  9. 4 tspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl, pour in flour and milk

    Sugar

  3. 3

    Salt

  4. 4

    Add proofed yeast(warm milk and yeast)

  5. 5

    Break in egg

  6. 6

    Then water little by little until a soft dough is form

  7. 7

    Add butter

  8. 8

    Transfer to a surface and knead for 30mins

  9. 9

    Nice soft dough

  10. 10

    Rub baking bowl with butter or oil

  11. 11

    Cut into 6 pieces, 8 or even 10

  12. 12

    Take one at a time and roll into a round nice ball

  13. 13

    Repeat for the rest, cover and allow to double in size

  14. 14

    Well proved

  15. 15

    Bake for 20mins in the oven, brush with butter after taken out of the oven

  16. 16
