Sift the flour.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

In a blender, add egg, milk and margarine. Pulse for a while.

Add the molasses

Then the dry ingredients

Run the blender till the batter has thoroughly mixed and is smooth

You can add more cocoa powder to give it more chocolaty taste, or reduce to your taste.

Rub some oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the mixture in four parts under low heat

You can flip the cakes to have them totally done

Serve with condensed milk dressing, and banana toppings.
