Ingredients

  1. 50 gramsjowar flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water as needed to mix the dough
  4. For making dill greens
  5. 1tomato
  6. 100 gramsdill greens
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 3 teaspoonsred chili powder
  10. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  12. 2 tablespoonsoil
  13. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds and cumin seeds
  14. 2 tablespoonsjaggery

Cooking Instructions

    Take the jowar flour, add salt, and mix with hot water. Mix well, roll it out thinly, and cook it.

    Heat oil, add cumin and mustard seeds, then add tomato, red chili powder, and turmeric. Mix and stir, then add dill greens, stir, and let it cook well. Finally, add garam masala, salt, stir, and mix everything to make the dill greens.
