Ingredients

45 minutes
2 Servings
  1. 1/2measure of maize
  2. 1 tincup of beans
  3. 1tea spoon of ground locust bean
  4. 1/2kilo of biscuit bones
  5. 2big size fresh tomato
  6. 2medium size fresh pepper
  7. 1bulb of onion
  8. 1 bunchspinach
  9. 50naira worth zobo leaf
  10. 4 cubesmaggi
  11. pinchsalt for taste

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash biscuit bone then you put in a pot, add your maggi, onion then you put on fir and allow to cook for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Meanwhile your maize is grounded into tiny pieces you sieve and remove the chaff and wash then you set aside

  3. 3

    After cooking the biscuit bone you add your locust bean add your zobo leaf then allow to boil for ten minutes

  4. 4

    Add the grounded maize to it your cook beans, and your chop pepper and tomato and allow to boil for ten minutes after which you add the spinach. your pete is ready to be served.
